Thank you for supporting Julie to be able to have a future. This surgery is her only remaining option for treatment. Without it, her life will consist of an increasing number and severity of symptoms, continual decrease in her quality of life, and a life of only pain and illness. This is a future which terrifies her and one which she does not want to experience, especially knowing that a very successful treatment is available.
